Our mission
We believe warmth is a fundamental right, not a luxury. That’s why we operate on a simple, direct model: for every modular sleeping bag you purchase, we gift an identical one to a neighbor experiencing homelessness. We build gear for -10°C because blankets aren't enough. We provide the protection required to survive the night with dignity.
A Letter from Our Founder
I started Caring Cove Foundation because the alternatives we give people experiencing homelessness still leave them cold and exposed - and that feels unacceptable in 2026.
We build high-performance sleeping systems designed to feel closer to a bed than a sleeping bag, rated to -10°C. Because surviving the night shouldn't depend on luck. It should be built in.
A product doesn't solve everything. But small things done seriously can still change someone's experience of the world - especially at night, when everything feels harder and more isolating.
Caring Cove is still early, but the goal isn't changing: if someone is sleeping outside, they shouldn't be without warmth, protection, and dignity.
If you're here, you're already part of that.

Partner With the Mission
We are looking for organizations, donors, and advocates ready to help us close the gap between shelter and the street. Whether you’re a local outreach group or a corporate partner, let’s work together to ensure no one is left in the cold.
